Why workout in a group?

High-intensity interval workouts are great for your heart, your mental health, and your overall fitness.  At T&T Karate, we not only provide all these benefits of cardio training, but also the benefits of group workouts. Workout Warriors group classes are more motivational than solo-sessions, require more accountability than a gym membership, and provide a greater variety of exercises. Not to mention our instructors are dedicated to each individual's needs!
Classes are simple and easy to follow. Anyone can participate, whether they're an athlete or brand new to exercise.
