Martial Arts

At T & T Karate we practice traditional Korean Tang Soo Do. We teach everyone; no matter fitness level, previous experience, or mental/physical ability. 

Our classes focus on building muscle memory of effective self-defense techniques, creating overall physical fitness, and learning the tradition of martial arts.

Group Fitness

Our group fitness classes are action-packed and fun. Come get fit with friends!

Women's Self Defense

"Hit Like A Girl" is self-defense created and taught by women. It breaks self-defense into two categories: Prevention and Response.

In this class you will build confidence and self-esteem, learn how to set boundaries for a happier life, and of course: learn what it means to HIT LIKE A GIRL!
