At AKMA we practice traditional Korean Tang Soo Do and Hapkido. We teach everyone; no matter fitness level, previous experience, or mental/physical ability.
Our classes focus on building muscle memory of effective self-defense techniques, creating overall physical fitness, and learning the tradition of martial arts.
Our group fitness classes are action-packed and fun. Come get fit with friends!
All of our routines are high intensity interval workouts that burn calories, build muscle, improve heart health, and promote overall fitness.
Women's Self Defense
"Hit Like A Girl" is self-defense created and taught by women. It breaks self-defense into two categories: Prevention and Response.
In this class you will build confidence and self-esteem, learn how to set boundaries for a happier life, and of course: learn what it means to HIT LIKE A GIRL!
